- Community Outreach    - Art & Design    - Construction Collaboration    - Business Development    - Ownership Design    - Employment Development    - Resource Development	Representatives from each of the other resident working teams joined the resource development team — a team focused on attracting public and private funders to invest in the innovative work of the Plaza. Being involved in the project from the start, these team members were able to uniquely share their stories from the heart about Market Creek Plaza and what it has meant to the community. When foundations, policy groups, and other interested organizations tour the Plaza, it is the members of the Resource Team who guide them through the process that brought the Plaza to life and share the victories and innovations from a first-hand perspective. To date, the team is responsible for attracting $3.1 million in program related investments and grants.
